Abstract

В сфере энергетики активно ведется поиск инновационных решений, основной упор делается на достижение прорыва в двух базовых направлениях энергоэффективности и использовании возобновляемых источников энергии. Высокую инновационную активность проявляют крупные корпорации, которые ориентируются не только на развитие новых технологий, но и что особенно важно перестройку организационно-управленческих механизмов. Именно здесь кроется глубокое противоречие, сдерживающее трансформацию отрасли. Оно выражается в том, что у персонала среднего и низшего звена сохраняется предвзятое отношение к нововведениям. Становится очевидным, что модернизация отечественной энергетики и переход к инновационному типу развития возможны только при условии внедрения эффективных методов управления отраслью.
