Влияет Ли Глобализация На Научную Политику В России?

Abstract

Воздействие глобализации на сферу науки имеет различные проявления. Меняются понятие и характеристики мобильности научных кадров, происходит изменение тематик исследований, появляется все больше междисциплинарных направлений, государства сближаются с точки зрения внимания к определенным областям исследований (биотехнологии, нанотехнологии, здравоохранение и др.). Еще более возрастает влияние глобализации в странах догоняющего развития, поскольку они активно заимствуют элементы успешного опыта и лучшие практики других стран. В рамках данной статьи представлен обзор четырех современных направлений научной политики в России, на примере которых можно проследить эффекты процессов глобализации это новые приоритеты в поддержке научных исследований, развитие международных связей, кадровая политика, а также заимствование зарубежных инструментов в области коммерциализации результатов научных исследований и разработок (ИиР).
