Прогнозирование Развития Новых Материалов С Использованием Методов Форсайта

Abstract

В последние десятилетия в экономически развитых странах получили широкое распространение Форсайт-исследования, направленные на определение перспективных направлений научно-технологического и инновационного развития в сфере новых материалов. В статье рассматриваются итоги ряда зарубежных Форсайт-проектов в данной области, в числе которых японский Дельфи, немецкий и британский Форсайты. Особое внимание уделено опыту Института статистических исследований и экономики знаний (ИСИЭЗ) ГУ-ВШЭ, в частности результатам реализованного при его участии научно-технологического Форсайта России до 2025 г. Представлен обзор дорожных карт, посвященных сектору новых материалов. Предметом более детального анализа является будущее углеродных волокон одной из наиболее многообещающих групп материалов, находящей широкое применение в аэрокосмической отрасли, атомной энергетике, строительстве и других секторах экономики.
