Abstract

Дальнейшее развитие отечественной экономики должно осуществляться на интенсивной основе за счет мобилизации имеющихся резервов организованного рынка ценных бумаг, основу которого составляет деятельность фондовых бирж. На протяжении последних десятилетий в этой сфере аккумулировались экономические ресурсы, что выдвинуло ее на первый план в ходе проведения современных экономических реформ. Вопросы выявления и мобилизации резервов фондовых бирж являются первостепенной задачей экономической науки, их решение должно лежать в одном из двух направлений: 1) экономичное использование ресурсов наличного производственного потенциала организаторов и участников рынка ценных бумаг при обеспечении необходимого уровня конкурентоспособности; 2) экономия на основе изыскания новых возможностей качественного совершенствования производственного и научно-технического потенциала участников
