Abstract

Исследование посвящено медицинскому инновационному потенциалу Российской Федерации, его составляющим и перспективам развития. Определены те приоритетные направления, по которым государство в рамках проводимой им инновационной политики оказывает поддержку инновационным процессам в области медицины и всей инновационной сфере в целом. Обозначены задачи в части правового регулирования инновационной деятельности здравоохранения, проанализировано состояние научного развития Российской Федерации. Проведен анализ медицинской инновационной сферы Российской Федерации. Сформулирован ряд проблем, связанных с научными разработками. Выявлены преимущества и недостатки научной деятельности Российской Федерации. Даны общие рекомендации по основным направлениям развития инновационной области медицины. Для наглядного представления о том, как органы исполнительной власти воплощают в жизнь инновационную политику, рассмотрены основные механизмы и инструменты регулирования исследуемой сферы
