Abstract

В статье рассмотрены требования к компетенции и компетентности специалистов разного уровня, участвующих в процессах менеджмента качества. Автор стоит на позициях, что компетентность это способность использовать и применять знания и навыки для достижения желаемых результатов, а компетенция это характеристика специалиста. Для компетенции характерно наличие знаний, умений, опыта, ответственности и т.д., что целесообразно использовать при разработке требований к компетентности сотрудников разного уровня, занятых различными видами деятельности в сфере менеджмента качества.
