Особенности Современных Институтов Денежно-Кредитной Политики В России

Abstract

В статье проанализированы современные механизмы, используемые Банком России и Министерством финансов при проведении денежно-кредитной политики, основные цели применения этих механизмов и их главные недостатки. Критика современной денежно-кредитной политики основывается на текущей рецессии в экономике России и несостоятельности инструментов, применяемых для стабилизации макроэкономического равновесия. Предложены меры по реализации денежно-кредитной политики для выхода из кризиса и сдерживания инфляции.
