Abstract

В статье рассматриваются концептуальные основы социального государства. Анализируются основные тенденции поиска новой модели социального государства: трансформация существующих (европейский вариант), поиск новых форм трансатлантическая модель (американский вариант), создание социального государства для резидентов (азиатский вариант). На основе анализа делается вывод о конвергенции моделей социального государства в современных условиях. Обоснована модель информационного государства благосостояния, основанная на синтезе технологий информационной экономики и достижений социального государства.
