Abstract

Статья посвящена молодому и весьма способному представителю партии большевиков, который в восемнадцатилетнем возрасте возглавил районный комитет РКП(б), а в двадцать лет был избран секретарем ЦК КСМ Украины. Подавлял Кронштадтский мятеж. С 1926 г. находился на ответственной работе в ЦК ВКП(б) и Московском городском комитете партии. Работал в Закавказье. Организовывал работу золотодобывающей промышленности СССР. Возглавлял одну из партийно-политических структур Саратовского региона.
