Abstract

В статье рассматривается первичное публичное предложение акций (IPO) как способ привлечения капитала малыми инновационными компаниями и последний этап инновационного развития. Проанализированы преимущества и недостатки IPO как способа финансирования. Рассмотрены сильные и слабые стороны IPO на российской бирже в сравнении с размещением на зарубежных биржах. Особое внимание уделено специальному сектору ММВБ-РТС рынку инноваций и инвестиций (РИИ) как основной площадке для размещения акций российскими малыми инновационными компаниями. Рассмотрены составные части данного сектора сектор РИИ-2 и IPOboard, являющиеся механизмами привлечения инвестиций непубличными инновационными компаниями на ранних стадиях развития и их подготовки к IPO. Дан анализ проблем и перспектив развития данного сектора российской биржи.
