Влияние Денежно-Кредитной Политики Государства На Макроэкономическую Нестабильность

Abstract

В статье рассмотрена и проанализирована взаимосвязь объема предложения денежной массы и объема ВВП, влияние мировых цен на нефть и колебаний курса рубля на дестабилизацию экономики России. Предложены меры по реализации денежно-кредитной политики для выхода из кризиса и сдерживания инфляции. Все меры по стабилизации необходимо свести к решению главной задачи восстановление необходимых для экономики темпов роста денежной массы в реальном выражении, что всегда гарантированно означает рост ВВП на 5% в год. Стабилизация же экономического положения наступит еще раньше, как только сокращение денежной массы прекратится и темпы ее прироста в реальном выражении начнут увеличиваться. Восстановление необходимых для экономики темпов роста денежной массы в реальном выражении обеспечит рост ВВП при условии инвестиций в реальный сектор экономики и сокращения фиктивного капитала.
