Abstract

Статья посвящена выявлению сущности и специфики политического проекта как категории политической науки. Анализ сущности политического проекта структурирован соответственно проблемным полям, свойственным современному научному дискурсу. Анализ специфики политического проекта и политического проектирования организован по ряду направлений: субъективно-ориентированное и ценностно-идеологическое наполнение; направленное воздействие в целях изменения реальности в соответствии с субъективными представлениями о политическом устройстве; специфические, не всегда явные технологии реализации проектов; учет общественных ожиданий и настроений при проектировании; специфика субъектов политического проектирования и легитимация права субъекта на проектирование политики.
