Abstract

Раскрыты подходы к выявлению точек критических рисков и угроз в бухгалтерском учете и бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности. Определены факты хозяйственной жизни, сигнализирующие о симптомах манипуляций с активами экономического субъекта. В целях недопущения мошеннических действий, а также угроз экономической безопасности важно создать структурное подразделение, занимающееся реализацией контрольных процедур. Часто эти функции выполняют службы безопасности, службы внутреннего аудита, службы риск-менеджмента.
