Abstract

В статье исследована проблематика управления инновационно ориентированным предприятием в соответствии с утвержденным антикризисным планом развития российской экономики с учетом необходимости концентрации ресурсов на наиболее приоритетных направлениях реального сектора. Обоснована целесообразность решения проблем управления инновационным предприятием на основе конвергенции процессного управления и системы менеджмента качества в условиях принятия новой версии ISO 9001:2015. Выявлены отличительные характеристики и ключевые аспекты реализации стандарта ISO 9001:2015 в системе управления инновационно ориентированным предприятием.
