Этнометрические Аспекты Российской Теневой Экономики

Abstract

Сложность и неоднозначность теневой экономики как с точки зрения теоретического определения, так и в вопросах практического проявления определяют важность институционального подхода к ее изучению. Но даже в рамках институционального подхода можно обозначить две дополняющих друг друга концепции. С одной стороны, причинами существования теневой экономики являются дисфункции и неэффективность экономических, правовых и социальных институтов. С другой стороны, недостаточность данных причин обусловливает рассмотрение культурно-ментальных факторов. Экономическая культура и менталитет являются весомыми детерминантами теневой экономики. Сложность изучения данных факторов заключается в том, что Россия в культурно-ментальном аспекте очень сложна, и поэтому возможна только их корректировка и моделирование.
