Техническое Обеспечение Деятельности Подразделений Корпуса Жандармов В 1826 - 1860 Гг

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы технического обеспечения корпуса жандармов России во второй трети XIX в. На основе специально-исторических методов проанализировано состояние технического парка местных подразделений жандармских органов, изучаются меры губернских властей по его совершенствованию. Определены опорные «болевые» точки технического обеспечения жандармского корпуса средства дорожной связи, оснащенность подразделений телеграфными аппаратами, арсенал боевого оружия. Констатируется низкий уровень состояния технических средств. В качестве главных причин называются общее отставание экономики России, слабое финансирование. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы при изучении региональной истории, в подготовке учебно-методических пособий.
