Анализ Причин Задержки Пуска В Эксплуатацию Первой Очереди Саргрэс

Abstract

В статье рассматривается один из малоизученных в отечественной историографии эпизодов строительство и пробная эксплуатация Саратовской ГРЭС в период с 1925 по 1931 гг. Освещены факторы, вызвавшие трехлетнюю задержку пуска в эксплуатацию первой очереди первенца большой энергетики региона. По итогам анализа архивных материалов автором выделены две объективные причины отставания темпов строительства от намеченных планов: слабая механизация и задержки поставки оборудования и одна субъективная: затянувшийся период пробной эксплуатации. Изучение данных проблем позволило прийти к выводам, что первая очередь СарГРЭС соответствовала начальному периоду всех советских электростанций, проектировавшихся с использованием импортного оборудования. Это был период накопления опыта. Саратовские энергетики смогли воспользоваться ситуацией отсталости, заимствуя технические достижения и организационно-хозяйственный опыт экономически развитых стран.
