Abstract

Устойчивого успеха можно добиться посредством эффективного менеджмента организации, путем осознания организацией среды своего существования, за счет обучения и должного применения улучшений и инноваций. Целью создания программы устойчивого развития интегрированной структуры является формирование необходимых и достаточных условий для осуществления качественного инновационного прорыва и повышения эффективности деятельности интегрированной структуры. Реализация программы устойчивого развития интегрированной структуры позволит обеспечить существенный инновационный прорыв, в том числе благодаря существенному улучшению потребительских свойств производимой продукции, а также повышение эффективности менеджмента в рамках интегрированной структуры.
