Оценка Влияния Западных Санкций На Развитие Пищевой Промышленности

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются трудности отечественных производителей, связанные с наложением запрета на импорт ряда продовольственных товаров из стран Европейского союза, США, Канады, Австралии и Норвегии. Выявлены возможные риски для отечественного производства: сложное финансовое положение отечественных сельхозтоваропроизводителей, потенциальный реэкспорт из стран Таможенного союза и стран СНГ, которые осуществляют торговую деятельность с Россией в режиме беспошлинной торговли, а также необоснованный рост цен на санкционный список товаров со стороны дружественных стран. Все это ослабляет конкурентоспособность и способствует сокращению объемов отечественного агропромышленного производства, происходит снижение уровня как экономической, так и продовольственной безопасности до опасного предела. Обозначены основные пути поддержания отечественных производителей в условиях трудной международной политической обстановки: государственная поддержка, разработка новых технологий и совершенствование образования.
