Особенности Конструирования Концепта Рациональной Адаптивности И Социальной Адаптации Персонала Как Социальной Технологии

Abstract

В статье изучаются особенности конструирования концепта рациональной адаптивности и социальной адаптации персонала как социальной технологии. Выполнение процедурной рациональности проекта рассматривается как первостепенное условие правильности принятия решений управленческого характера. Представлены основные предпосылки использования интернет-технологии Massdecision для выработки стратегических решений в массовых сообществах. Рассмотрен механизм выработки приоритетных критериев для конструирования рациональной адаптивности персонала как социальной технологии в контексте создания коллаборативной корпоративной платформы организации. В процессе изучения данной темы анализируются истоки появления данного направления и перспективы развития в контексте управления и развития персонала.
