Abstract

В статье рассматривается начальный путь становления и финансовой деятельности новых страховых органов, возникших на базе конторы Губстраха, а также попытка решения проблем как с неплатежами, так и с выплатами по страховым случаям. Активно применять методы классового подхода Госстрах вынуждала ужесточившаяся политика органов центральной и местной власти к частным владельцам.
