Организационные Способности Как Основа Адаптивного Управления Организационной Структурой Предприятия

Abstract

В статье даны методические рекомендации по адаптации организационной структуры, направленной на создание необходимых условий для формирования и развития ключевых организационных способностей, обеспечивающих долгосрочное конкурентное преимущество предприятия. Проведен обзор подходов ученых к изучению вопроса организационных способностей и даны предложения по разработке индивидуального классификатора отличительных способностей предприятия с выделением их иерархических уровней. Предложенный подход позволит адаптировать организационную структуру в соответствии с требованиями стратегии предприятия и его потребностями в развитии отличительных способностей. Результаты исследования могут использоваться менеджерами при организационном проектировании, анализе эффективности организационной структуры предприятия, проведении реструктуризации.
