Задачи Развития Корпоративного Управления На Основе Учета Принципов Социального Партнерства

Abstract

В статье показано, что существующие определения корпорации отражают только интересы прямых участников корпоративного управления, оставляя в виде некоего воздействия внешней среды интересы населения, общества, органов власти и иных участников реального процесса воспроизводства, отражая влияние социального партнерства на корпоративное управление. Учитывая многообразие типов корпоративных структур и сложившихся методологических подходов к их анализу, а также основываясь на парадигме социального партнерства, автор считает целесообразным рассматривать корпоративное управление как социально-экономическую систему знаний о закономерностях, формах, методах и средствах целенаправленного воздействия на субъекты корпоративных образований, их органы управления, материально-вещественные элементы, финансовые системы и другие компоненты, обеспечивающие эффективное функционирование механизма взаимодействия и достижение синергического эффекта с учетом интересов социальных групп.
