Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию специфики осуществления инновационной деятельности в России на протяжении последних 25 лет. Осуществлен анализ динамики базовых экономических показателей, характеризующих состояние отечественной инновационной сферы. Выявлены ключевые проблемы, препятствующие росту инновационной составляющей отечественной экономики. Сделан вывод, что в настоящее время в России продолжается процесс перестройки национальной инновационной системы, созданной для функционирования в условиях плановой (централизованной) экономики, под потребности современной российской экономической системы. При этом, несмотря на все усилия, эффективно функционирующую национальную инновационную систему, способную эффективно генерировать востребованные не только на внутреннем, но и на внешнем рынках инновации, создать не удалось до сих пор.
