Abstract

Излагаются основы когнитивного подхода для позиционирования менеджмента перехода к новому, шестому технологическому укладу при незавершенности большинства предыдущих укладов. Предметная область при этом представляет собой малозаметное, слабоструктурированное «облако» отношений, характеристики которых, изменяясь, пересекаются друг другом, создавая турбулентность, пассионарность и в результате нелинейный хаос. Предлагаемый подход демонстрирует скрытые возможности конструктивного учета хаотичности изменений на основе применения когнитивно взаимосвязанных принципов и их вполне реальной идентификации с помощью использования временных единичных параметров принятого конкретным менеджером симптомокомплекса. В свою очередь, намечаются возможные когнитивные опасности при использовании (внедрении) неверных принципов и их показателей.
