Современные Тенденции Развития Электронной Демократии В России

Abstract

На сегодняшний день прослеживается четкая позиция власти по вопросам использования интернет-технологий во взаимодействии представителей властных структур с гражданами. С каждым годом появляются новые проекты реализации государственной программы «Информационное общество (2011 2020 гг.)». Однако уровень и темпы развития системы электронной демократии в России отстают от общих мировых тенденций. Проработка вопросов, связанных с возможностями и особенностями использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий для укрепления демократического режима и выявлением тенденций в данной сфере, является весьма важной задачей для современной политической науки. В статье раскрываются концептуальные аспекты электронной демократии, рассматриваются практические примеры ее реализации в России. Проводится обзор проектов электронной демократии, функционирующих в интернет-пространстве России. Делаются выводы относительно тенденций и перспектив развития э-демократии в России.
