Затраты Хозяйствующих Субъектов На Природоохранную Деятельность: Понятие, Содержание, Алгоритм Расчета И Методика Анализа

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются дискуссионные вопросы понятия и содержания природоохранных издержек хозяйствующих субъектов, их классификации и отражения на счетах бухгалтерского учета. Предложены аналитические факторные модели и аналитические показатели изучения состава, структуры и динамики природоохранных затрат, а также их влияния на результаты деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов. В анализе капитальных затрат важным направлением является оценка их объема, динамики и эффективности. Для анализа объема и динамики таких затрат целесообразно использовать аддитивные модели. Капитальные затраты на реализацию природоохранных мероприятий всегда имеют целью получение экологического и (или) экономического эффекта.
