Abstract

В статье обосновывается полезность применения коэффициента структурных сдвигов К. Гатева и его активных компонент для определения доминантных (ключевых) индикаторов социально-экономического развития муниципальных образований. Предлагается методика анализа межмуниципальной пропорциональности распределения индикаторов и их активной реструктуризации, акцентирующая внимание администраций муниципальных образований и региона на проблемных зонах социально-экономического развития территорий. Продемонстрированы аналитические и прикладные перспективы применения методики на примере Саратовской области.
