Проблемы Процессного Контроллинга В Системе Менеджмента Качества

Abstract

В статье исследованы проблемы внедрения и реализации процессного контроллинга в деятельности организации. Выявлены ключевые элементы организации, содержательно структурирующие концепцию контроллинга на основе процессного управления. Обоснована целесообразность конвергентного подхода к реализации концепции процессного контроллинга и внедрению системы менеджмента качества. Представлены результаты эмпирических исследований в области критичности бизнес-процессов организаций, на основе которых показана взаимосвязь инструментария процессного контроллинга и СМК, позволяющая обеспечить синергетический эффект при условии конкретизации объектов управления и оценки интегрированного критерия эффективности.
