Концепция Стратегического Планирования В Системе Менеджмента Качества Организации

Abstract

В статье исследована проблематика стратегического планирования в системе менеджмента качества организации с позиции работ различных исследователей. Выявлены основные положения и тезисы современной концепции системы менеджмента качества. Обоснован инструментарий стратегического планирования в управлении качеством на этапе внедрения программных продуктов на базе Business Studio. Выявлены основные мотивы внедрения СМК в деятельность отечественных организаций в целях улучшения качества обслуживания клиентов и повышения конкурентоспособности продукции. Обоснована целесообразность учета системы затрат на качество, что позволяет оптимизировать ресурсный потенциал организации при реализации концепции стратегического планирования.
