Понятие И Сущность Государственной Услуги

Abstract

В статье раскрываются понятие и сущность государственной услуги. Описывается процесс возникновения понятия « государственная услуга» в Российской Федерации в ходе реформирования административных регламентов. Система исполнительной власти представлена автором как сервисное государство. Анализируется понятие стандарта государственной услуги в качестве системы требований, направленных на удовлетворение потребностей получателя услуги и отражающих качество предоставляемых услуг. В данный момент в России происходит становление сервисного государства, и для эффективного обеспечения данной государственной функции необходимо исследовать ситуацию, сложившуюся на рынке услуг. Предложены направления развития данной сферы.
