Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы совершенствования ассортиментной политики мясоперерабатывающего предприятия, анализируются факторы, влияющие на сбыт продукции, и возможные действия по уменьшению негативного влияния рыночных факторов. Для имитации экономической ситуации на рыночном пространстве в целях оптимизации коммерческой деятельности используются экономико-математические методы. При этом оценка степени риска производственной деятельности проводится на базе многофакторного подхода. Оценены оптимальные объемы производства различных видов мясной продукции с использованием комплексного метода принятия решений.
