Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу бюджетного воздействия на гармонизацию интересов общества. Формирование бюджетных приоритетов отражает интересы различных общественных групп. Доказывается возросшая роль государства в данном процессе и необходимость учета интересов не только олигархических групп, но и всего населения. Обосновываются предложения по развитию производства материальных и нематериальных благ в их совокупности, а также по развитию гражданского общества.
