Abstract

Статья посвящена опыту и проблемам инновационного развития сельского хозяйства в России. Автор рассматривает различные аспекты этой проблемы, анализирует иностранную литературу и достижения зарубежных ученых, связанные с аграрным сектором экономики. Отражены история и современный период развития сельского хозяйства. Анализируются стратегия развития и перспективы будущего развития аграрного сектора. Отмечается, что основную роль в стимулировании отрасли должны играть реформы в аграрной сфере производства. Поэтому насущной необходимостью является поиск новых эффективных механизмов интеграции аграрного производства и науки с учетом зарубежного опыта и специфики российского сельского хозяйства. Необходимо также формирование новых организационных структур, способных увязывать в единое целое все компоненты инновационной политики в аграрной сфере экономики.
