Российская Модель Венчурного Финансирования: Состояние И Пути Развития

Abstract

В связи с необходимостью модернизации экономики России требуются дополнительные финансовые ресурсы на развитие высокотехнологичных сфер деятельности и инновационных проектов. В статье рассмотрены традиционные и новые источники финансирования рисковых инвестиций. Целью статьи является оценка современного состояния, динамики развития венчурной отрасли и финансирования с поиском возможных вариантов активизации инструментов венчурного финансирования в России. Выделены отличительные черты венчурного финансирования. Проанализированы особенности нормативно-правового механизма финансирования венчурных направлений, а также российской системы институтов развития инновационной экономики. Оценены факторы, ограничивающие развитие венчурного бизнеса. Сделан вывод о недофинансировании на ранних стадиях развития новых предприятий. По результатам исследования предложены налоговые и другие инструменты финансового обеспечения венчурного бизнеса в России.
