Управление Риском Как Фактор Устойчивого Развития Инновационных Предприятий

Abstract

В статье определены приоритеты устойчивого развития российской экономики: рост объемов производства, повышение экономической эффективности деятельности предприятий, формирование устойчивых конкурентных преимуществ. Действенным инструментом достижения этих целей выступает инновационная деятельность предприятий. Учитывая, что неотъемлемой характеристикой инноваций является повышенный риск, результаты инновационного процесса зависят от эффективности и устойчивости функционирования предприятия в рамках адекватно выстроенной системы риск-менеджмента. Проведен анализ достижений и возможностей, трудностей и рисков развития инновационной деятельности предприятия. Делается вывод о том, что повышение инновационно-инвестиционной активности ослабит негативное влияние факторов, ограничивающих экономическое развитие, обеспечит кардинальное обновление производственного потенциала и повысит рискоустойчивость российских предприятий.
