Abstract

В статье представлен методический инструментарий анализа и описания бизнес-процессов предприятий с позиции различных исследователей. Сформирован авторский подход к оценке ключевых показателей эффективности процессов. Представлены результаты использования экспресс-метода оценки бизнес-процессов на примере промышленных предприятий, направленного на распознавание ранних признаков проблем в целях разработки комплекса мероприятий по повышению эффективности управления ими. Обоснованы преимущества расчета показателей KPI (результат затраты) при построении алгоритма оценивания на примере отдельного бизнес-процесса с использованием нотации функционального моделирования.
