Abstract

Статья посвящена перспективам развития и реализации компетентностного подхода к оценке преподавателя в магистратуре. Отмечается многоцелевое назначение магистратуры как уровня образования. Сформулирована перспективная задача оценки деятельности преподавателя магистратуры с позиции компетентностного подхода. Разграничены компетенции вузовских преподавателей, работающих с магистратами, и специалистов-практиков, задействованных в процессе подготовки магистров. Разработана совокупность индикаторов уровня компетентности. Результаты работы могут быть использованы при разработке стратегии развития магистратуры, а также при организации учебного процесса на факультете магистратуры.
