Abstract

Выживание компании на рынке зависит от способности адекватно реагировать на изменения во внешней среде и оперативно изменяться, сохраняя при этом конкурентные преимущества. Ускорение информационных потоков привело к необходимости внедрения системы управления изменениями и развития нового направления аналитической работы бизнес-анализа. Бизнес-анализ позволяет управлять изменениями, основанными на выявленных потребностях организации с учетом требований стейкхолдеров. В статье оценивается значение бизнес-анализа, проводится исследование понятийного аппарата, раскрывается роль бизнес-аналитика в системе управления изменениями и выявляются задачи, которые ему приходится решать. Кроме того, внимание уделяется предмету, объекту и методу бизнес-анализа как нового в российской практике направления аналитической работы.
