Электронный Парламент Как Стадия Развития Информационного Общества

Abstract

В статье рассматривается электронный парламент как новая стадия развития информационного общества. Своевременное совершенствование информационно-технологического обеспечения законодательной деятельности позволит обеспечить принципы демократического общества. Выделяются задачи, анализируются особенности и проблемы внедрения электронного парламента. Указываются основные этапы информатизации законодательных органов государственной власти. Акцентируется основная идея процесса электронизации, которая выражается во взаимодействии граждан и государства, а именно участии людей на всех этапах законотворчества вплоть до подписания и опубликования закона. Данная статья резюмирует значимость процесса внедрения электронного парламента, который способствует созданию более эффективных и гибких механизмов поддержки деятельности в государственном управлении, а также развитию темпа жизни, связанного с ускоренным обменом информацией.
