Abstract

Цель статьи показать взаимосвязь образования с производственной деятельностью на примере ведущих стран мира, таких как США и Япония. Приводятся рекомендации для российской системы образования. Особо акцентируется необходимость внедрения модели непрерывного образования. При привлечении высокопрофессиональных кадров на предприятия следует по возможности предлагать людям четкую программу развития карьеры и доходов. Рост заработной платы во всех секторах экономики является реальным стимулом развития образовательного процесса. Практическая значимость результатов исследования очевидна, так как без образования нет инновационного развития экономики. Отдельные предложения и выводы могут быть использованы для разработки образовательных программ, путей повышения эффективности производственного процесса.
