Особенности Влияния Финансовых Факторов На Формирование Макроэкономической Нестабильности

Abstract

В статье предложены меры по снижению влияния нестабильности мировой финансовой системы на экономику России. Функционирование финансового рынка порождает и углубляет дисбалансы в экономике, отвлекая финансовые ресурсы из сектора создания реальной стоимости. Финансовый рынок стимулирует все больший отрыв фиктивной стоимости от реальной. Основное же его преимущество распределение и хеджирование рисков на практике не работает. В условиях транснационализации капитала и производства экономика России не может быть изолирована от колебаний мировой системы, но создание своих правил игры и защита отечественной финансовой системы сможет вывести страну из зависимого положения.
