Abstract

В статье ставится цель показать опыт мелиоративного строительства в России, накопленный в XX столетии. Анализируется деятельность государственных органов, ведомственных организаций, на примере отдельных регионов рассматриваются практические меры. Значительное место отводится анализу мер по экологизации мелиорации. Методологической основой работы стали принципы историзма, системного анализа, а также специальные исторические методы исследования. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы при изучении аграрной истории страны, написании работ по истории села, в подготовке учебно-методических пособий.
