Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы повышения эффективности оперативного управления производством на крупных промышленных предприятиях. Подчеркивается необходимость оценки уровня иерархичности возникающих в данном управлении проблем. Констатируется возможность четкого регулирования процесса решения оперативных проблем во временном и иерархическом разрезах. На основе результатов исследования процессов решения оперативных производственных проблем оценивается уровень эффективности использования рабочего времени руководителями различных иерархических уровней организационной структуры в оперативном управлении и даются рекомендации по повышению уровня его эффективности.
