Влияние Информационных Технологий На Формирование Устойчивого Развития Предприятия

Abstract

В статье анализируется роль информационных технологий в формировании конкурентного преимущества предприятия, оптимизации бизнес-процессов, проектировании организационной структуры. Проводится анализ влияния информационных технологий на ключевые организационные переменные и обосновывается их роль при проведении диагностики состояния предприятия. Информационные технологии помогают развивать не только новые продукты и услуги, но и новые рынки и рыночные ниши, их применение позволяет производить товары и предоставлять услуги, максимально учитывающие потребности покупателей. Информационные технологии автоматизировали многие процессы, например оформление заказов, ведение учета, контроль складских запасов, подготовка отчетов и т.д., что повысило скорость и качество выполнения процессов за счет сокращения количества ошибок, связанных с обработкой информации.
