Эффективный Контракт И Профессиональный Профиль Преподавателя Высшей Школы

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются подходы по реализации идеи внедрения эффективного контракта в бюджетных организациях. Концепция эффективного контракта отражает процесс модернизации трудовых отношений между работником и работодателем с учетом индивидуальных усилий работников, их соответствию критериям эффективности и оплаты труда, предоставления льгот, обоснованности работодателем профессиональных требований к подчиненным. Рассматриваемая модель эффективного контракта увязана с профессиональным профилем работника, в котором прописаны его эталонные функции. Важное место в статье занимает анализ системы внутреннего заказа на образовательные, методические и иные услуги преподавателей вуза. Показано, что эффективный контракт обеспечивает оптимальное соотношение среднего уровня заработной платы всех категорий профессорско-преподавательского состава и руководителей образовательных учреждений, снижая, таким образом, остроту проблемы справедливой оплаты труда.
