Сравнительный Анализ Сервисного Обслуживания Автомобилей В Авторизованных Дилерских Центрах

Abstract

В статье анализируется опыт предоставления сервисных услуг ведущими авторизованными сервисными центрами «Хендай» в Поволжье и ОАО «АвтоВАЗ», приводится подробный сравнительный анализ. Анализируется качество предоставления услуг, методы и пути их реализации, конкурентоспособность автомобилей и работа системы сервиса и технического обслуживания в авторизованных сервисных центрах. Выявлены некоторые недостатки в работе авторизованных сервисных центров «Хендай» и ОАО «АвтоВАЗ», даются рекомендации по их решению и преодолению, вводятся критерии оценки качества предоставления сервисных услуг потребителю. Результаты исследования и полученные выводы могут применяться в работе сервисных центров и служб авторизованных дилерских центров России.
