Анализ Лучших Практик Развития Отечественных Предприятий Машиностроения

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные практики развития российских предприятий машиностроения. На основе сравнительного анализа с мировыми лидерами автомобильной промышленности проанализирована совокупность проблем организации управления сложными производственно-техническими комплексами, выявлены тенденции и перспективы развития отрасли в целом. Одним из важнейших направлений развития машиностроения является создание инновационных кластеров, реализующих конкурентный потенциал территорий, формирование ряда инновационных высокотехнологичных кластеров как новой модели пространственного развития российской экономики.
