Специфика Теневых Экономических Отношений В России

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные факторы развития теневых экономических отношений в России. Систему экономических отношений можно представить как совокупность норм и аномий (отсутствие норм или отклонение от нормы). Ведущим факторам возникновения теневых отношений в большей степени присущ институциональный характер. К числу таких факторов отнесены институциональная аномия, институциональные аномалии, институциональные патологии, институциональные ловушки, которые представляют собой неэффективные равновесные состояния институциональных интересов, характеризующиеся высоким уровнем альтернативных и трансакционных издержек. Проанализированы причины возникновения данных явлений и раскрыт механизм их воздействия на экономические отношения.
