Дилемма Политико-Коммуникационного Взаимодействия Социально Ориентированных Некоммерческих Организаций С Субъектами Политической Деятельности В России

Abstract

Изменения в законодательстве 2012 2013 гг., коснувшиеся социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций, в значительной мере повлияли на эволюционное направление развития их политико-коммуникационного взаимодействия с субъектами политической деятельности в сторону конфронтации с государственными структурами и ухода с территории межсекторного взаимодействия. Действия властей по ограничению работы социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций, усиление контроля со стороны властных органов, попытки финансового, психологического или документарного давления усилят деструктивные процессы в обществе, приведут к расколу населения по уровню политизации, причем часть его пойдет путем радикализации взаимоотношений с властями, что в итоге ускорит наступление масштабных негативных последствий.
